Call Pilot 100 r.2 Reset Itself - why?

I installed a brand new Call Pilot 100 r.2 recently for a customer. It worked fine for two months, now it seems to have deleted the main greeting and won't let the client log into any mbox (bad password). The message for personal boxes are fine.

Are there any recommendations out there?
Is the system toast?

usually its a customer issue..they did it and wont fess so you dont bill them... change password and do not give out..remember the customer is always right...until you get out the door

I had one CP100 that was restarting itself, not dumping the programming just going into a restart like power was reset. I eventually had to replace the whole unit.

With all of the customer mailboxes giving you a bad password I would hesitate to suggest the customer did it, they can't all have been not listening during training. did they try the default password (0000)?

Have you tried resetting the administrator's password?
