Call Fowarding Offsite 1

Here is my issue. I am trying to get a handset to call foward when an outside line calls in but what is happening is that they outside line is getting fowarded not my handset

Example:

222-444-5555 calls to my phone set 333-444-5555 i would like this to be fowarded using 333-444-5555 and as of now it is fowarding showing 222-444-5555 at the location.

Is this Possible on a Norstar 7.0 ICS?

i'm assuming you are referring to the OLI

try doing a line redirect F84(instead of call forward F4 )and see if that makes a differnece

or try removing the OLI and check

DO you have a call pilot, You can rediret a call to a outside with that or you can do it with call external it with take a route and use two lines in and out...

Unless the outside line you want to forward is a DID you will not want to hard forward. Unless you want to send all calls that ring your set to external forward. CallPilot outbound transfer is a valid solution if you want just your extension forwarded remotely and not everything that rings at your phone.
