How do I program so that the client has a visual on their PC screen of the CC features - calls in queue/longest wait time/agents logged in etc.
 
are you talking about the wallboard

you must download and install ip viewer
 
Sorry, I am at a disadvantage here. Client claims she was always
able to see this information on her screen - not sure what has
changed that would disable this feature (traditionally I would
put on set keys)?? I do not have history with this client - was just on site for another issue.
 
the pc she uses it on must have a static ip... it has been a little while since i set one up but off memory you need to configure the static ip of her machine in ip viewer programming

if the ip address of her machine has changed that could cause the wallboard to not work
