All, I have had this working at one point but due to complaints from the customer on some bogus report information I attempted a clean installation of Windows XP Pro SP2, with all updates along with Call Center Reporting Server and Client on the same PC. Like I said previously I had this working but now I can't connect to the Call Pilot. It attempts to connect and then after a minute or two I get the error "cannot establish a connection to the call center". I believe I have my IP addresses mixed up or the password is incorrect or something simple like that. I'm able to ping the call pilot from this call center reporting server pc fine. I also get all tests passed on the call center reporting server configuration when I run the test. I just can't figure out why I can't connect.
