DN 221 keeps getting "Activity ID #" on phone. This just all of a sudden started happening and don't know why. I have checked and there are no activity ID's set up in the call center so not sure why this keeps popping up. Only does it on this one set. The user is not entering the feature code for activity ID so I don't know why it keeps popping up intermittently. Any ideas why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.
