On our old Nortel system, we used to be able to hit # to bypass a voicemail's greeting and jump directly into recording a voicemail.
In IP Office, I can't seem to find the button to do that. Is there a button or shortcut for this? It's becoming increasingly annoying listening to people's greetings before we can leave messages.

With VM Pro in Intuity mode dial 1, don't know for IPO mode maybe the same?
And for Embedded I beleive it is *1

According to the book for VoiceMail Pro 3.2 in IP Office mode

Skipping a Mailbox Greeting Message
When you call an extension and are directed to voicemail you can skip past the greeting message and go straight to the tone that indicates when to leave your message.
To skip a mailbox greeting:
1. Call the extension number.
2. As soon your call is answered, press 2 to skip the greeting. You then hear the tone after which you can record your message.
Transferring to a Covering

see p21 at

For Embedded Voicemail all modes: press 1 to skip the message and leave a message after the tone
For VM Pro Intuity mode : press 1 to skip the message and leave a message after the tone
For VM Pro IP Office mode : press 2 to skip the message and leave a message after the tone
