Stopping System Manager JBoss - PID: 3021

please help me to find out solution for this!

You can do this gracefully, you are using the wrong command however for 7+.

Type "alias" and read the output. Somewhere in there is a restartJboss command, or something very similar.

Check df -h and verify the /var partition has not filled up. If it has, make sure JBoss is stopped and clear out the 2GB+ file named 'Avaya'. You'll need to search for it. The file is around 10 sub directories down. You can also use the find command and look for large files (over 100MB).
