Is it possible to import your outlook contacts to your One-X portal contacts in release 6.1? I have the desktop assistant installed and running and would prefer not to have to install TAPI on every desktop.

Use LDAP, then you can use the directory buttons on the phones or the directory in 1XP.

If you have CA running, just SETI a hot key. Then you can highlight any number and dial it.

Does anyone know how to reduce the time between the hot-key press and the call actually commencing on the handset. Its long enough for you to press the hot-key twice!

I know, but the Tapi with Outlook (and other apps) was much quicker.

You just know that if it bugs you, can you imagine what the customers will say!

I think it was about 2or 3 seconds most.
When it was in trial it took 30 till 60 seconds
That was annoying
