I have been asked by my boss to get Enterprise voice working with our IP 500 unit, i have followed the instructions below but i can not get a call to go out or in.
I have purchased one endpoint license for testing and the IP 500 is on version 5.0 (22)
When making a call i get call was not completed or has ended, i have double checked the config with somebody else and also scoured the web looking at other guides but no joy.
Could somebody point me to the right direction regarding troubleshooting this please
