I'm having an issue with an AVAYA 9508 demo phone my company is testing for future use. All I'm doing is taking to an already working cubicle, unplugging an old phone, and plugging in the new one to test it and see how it works. However I only get a brief screen flash of "Please Wait" and then a solid, black line accross the screen.

What am I doing wrong? IP Office is one version 10.0 (44). I've got an RG11 cable going into the phone. Does this phone only work with RJ45?
