Nortel Norstar M7208 - after a power outage, can't figure out how to create an answer button to cover the boss' calls. His calls must ring simultaneously at my phone & his. Can you help??? Thanks a million!

You'll need to program your extension as an "answer dn" for his extension. (DN is the extension number) There are too many variables here to list. If you send me an e-mail (patj@lazertel.com) I can send you a cheat sheet. No cost.
