Is there a way how you can install android previous versions for the Avaya One-X for IP Office?
At the moment the only latest version available for One-X preferred edition for IPO available on playstore has been updated to support version 10.0
However...this update does not work for whoever is running previous versions such as 9.1. I have already experienced this one time and I had to upgrade my application server to 9.1.
This is not so fair however, because whoever is running Avaya one-x mobile, and he changes the phone or re-installs the application, he is automatically forced to upgrade his IP Office to the latest version which is not so nice given that until he gets the upgrade sorted the mobile app is not functional at all.
Is there a solution to this issue?
This is not the case with Apple IOS. It is only an issue with Android playstore and the apps that the DEV team are publishing in there.
