1 forced greeting then 30 seconds of comercial then 2nd greeting set for forced if agents ava they do not get comercial how can i make this work? i want the customer calling in to hear at least 30 seconds of comercial before call is answered
Forced = Caller must listen to entire greeting before moving to the next routing step.
Not Forced = Caller only hears greeting if no agents are available. If greeting is playing and an agent becomes avaialable, call is immediately transferred to agent.
