1 forced greeting then 30 seconds of comercial then 2nd greeting set for forced if agents ava they do not get comercial how can i make this work? i want the customer calling in to hear at least 30 seconds of comercial before call is answered
 
You will have to put the commercial in the first greeting, second greeting is only if all agents are busy

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA
 
And don't make the 2nd greeting forced.

Forced = Caller must listen to entire greeting before moving to the next routing step.

Not Forced = Caller only hears greeting if no agents are available. If greeting is playing and an agent becomes avaialable, call is immediately transferred to agent.
