To begin with - I researched this subject on the forum and have tried everything suggested, so I'm going to bring it up again and hope someone has a different solution. IP Office 500v2 with R9.0.3.0(941) on it, POTS lines, and 9508 phones. This is a brand new configuration that worked fine when it was sent out, but once it was installed onsite, all of the phones are stuck on the "Please Wait" message. Things I've tried:
-Had the tech reboot the system
-Had the tech unplug and replug the phones in at the phone and at the control unit
-Had the tech try plugging a phone in directly to the control unit
-Made sure the Phone File Server Type is set to "Memory Card"
-Switched the Phone File Server Type to "Manager", merged, then put it back to "Memory Card" to see if that would jolt the system
-Made sure that "Enable BootP and TFTP Servers" is checked in Preferences
-Set the TFT Server Address to the LAN1 IP Address
Nothing has worked so far and the phones are still stuck on "Please Wait". What else can I try?
