412 from 1.4 to 3.2

I am wondering if an older 412 can be upgraded from 1.4 to the newest 3.2 release. I have not looked at Avaya's support yet but i just want to see if anyone has done it and anything i need to do on the way to 3.2.

Yes, that will work but i would advise to just shoot the latest version true the DTE port and rewrite the config.
Then you are sure you have a lean config.

I completely agree with you about blowing it away. I just wanted to make sure that there was not anything with the hardware i had to be carefull of. Do i need to go in steps with this or straight to 3.2?

All released 412's can run the the newest versions
