Hey Guys and Gals,
We have a 406v2 running 5.0.26 load
Problem: Call rings in and the phone displays the caller ID and once you answer the call a few seconds go by and the caller ID drops. Happens on more then one phone happens only on external calls. Do you think it is a bad T-1 card?

Has it ever worked?
Does it maybe get replaced by the timer counting the length of the call?
What type of phones are you using?

That office changed to a new provider about ago and they never told us this was happening before this week. I can't think it would be the provider due to everything I have read says the provider sends the info to the equipment and if received it will display it.(they don't send a signal to not display it they either send it or not send it)We are using 5410 phones. I will look into the timer thing.

you never mention what type of trunk? I am guessing maybe a pri
