Phone 1616 ip locks itself (unlock) I unlock it manually but after a while it locks and the buttons become inactive.

Is it just the one phone or do all the 1616 phones lock.

How do you unlock it.

Maybe a time profile set to lock it automatically.

Maybe some one has web admin to the user profile and is doing it.
Disable it for the user.

If you think it is a user doing it turn off the ability system/telephony/TUI.
