Okay, I have been beating my head against the wall with this one for a while. For the most part the computer runs fine. Then when doing various random tasks I will get a BSOD with the above error. when windows is booting try to hold f8 and go into advanced startup options and choose last known good configuration that should get you into windows to check the event viewer for clues to the cause.
