ok,, now i can see files on the RW cd's, but they are locked up and cannot edit them or remove,, disc has 249 mb on it and reports full ??
still cannot see anything on cd-R media, they are just a blank ,,,,
ezcd5 is still haunting me,, wont let me unistall or reinstall.......
any more ideas...

IMAPI CD is set to manual, still cannot see my files on R or RW media,, then tried STARTING Imapi,,, still no files. when I property the drive, it shows 0 used 0 free when i know the disc is almost full,

auctually, win98 can only use 304mb, any more than that will cause out of memory errors or repeated crashes for no apparent reasons, then if you try to defrag, it thinks you have so many lost chains that it will right 9,999 files to save it to your harddrive,,, this is from experience.

Have a hp with xp and a athlon system with ME,, cant get them to see each other in the network. any ideas ??
they are using a netgear hub and the me has a netgear card, the hp has a network everywhere card..
ok, I was wondering if the new xp will be able to handle more than the 340mb ram that limits win 98 ??,, I have all this extra memory sitting around and cant use it because of win 98,, and i wasnt that confident on win2000 being for my needs,

Ok,, maybe i should restate this,,, I think 24% utilized is fine,, and shouldnt cause the blue screen error,, I have had up to 55% utilized before and never gotten an error,, so why now??? and it also states that norton AV may not be able to run on the blue screen IS THIS A NORTON PROBLEM???
