If you change the hunt group name, that will clear ALL the messages.. as the greeting, voicemails etc are saved under the group name.

This one worked for us... HTTP server as the IPO TFTP as your pc with manager (4.2.114801). File writer as the IPO On the phone, Your router, File server and call server address's need to be the IPO. This has worked for us....

We've been advised that it will only work on 4.2.11 by the supplier.

We have tried setting th PC address as the HTTP and the TFTP, and combernations of the IPO being the TFTP/HTTP server... MattKnight, how would be do that, i think there is only the one version of the upgrade file... please correct it i'm wrong and we will try that.
