Hello, long time reader, but only posted a few times to help over ppl out..

Got a question, How would i change how a call is routed (it's not that simple) We have 2 DDIs that point to diffrent auto attdenants, I would route them to the same module then split them out using the DDI sort function. I want to be able to affect them both i.e. i dial one code they both play a message then disconnect, i dial another and they both ring a hunt group, i dial another and they go back to normal...

the system is on 3.2.61 with voicemail pro

Has anyone got an idea on how to do this ?? ( i know the Splicecom can do this though disabling time plans )

Many thanks
James

Is there a overview of how to use the test variable ? i.e can i just stick the word Purple in and if it gets set on a group and i test against the group and it =s purple then it will route around ?!? (so i would have to say in the test part purple, then link to an action)

sort of.

your route would be:

start point>test variable>status a>Action
>status b>Action
>status c>Action

Then you would have a shortcode to a module to set the status of the variable.

open voicemail pro client, hit F1, read up on variables.

kool, i've just set every thing up and it works....
how ever 3.2.61 doesn't have DDI sort, just CLI sort so gotta make a module for each DDI i wanna have this on, eugh

Many thanks tho.
