Please help. I know very little about ip office but need to get the two analog ports to ring from an outside line on a combo card for an IP 500 R8.1 in basic mode. Can anyone give me instruction on how to do this. I have looked through the manual with no success.
Can't make Directory work when CCR tree is set up. The Directory works fine before I set up the CCR tree but now with the CCR tree set up it will never find the ext. by dialing the name. Can you still use the Directory and the CCR on a CP100

Have a customer that can't get the time and date to change or increment from the orginal time on his MICS 2.0. In other words If I set my watch and the MICS for 2:00, a minute later my watch would have 2:01 and the MICS would have 2:00 Has anyone ever heard of this before.

I have a 406 that I'm tring to get a 2420 phone to work on it. The 2420 will come up and even do a seft test but there is no dial tone and the display reades TFTP server NOT FOUND. I have a 6408 working on it fine.
