HI all,
Does anyone know if there is a easy away to find out if your MICS has PRI enabled on it.

Thanks

If you go to Hardware, look through the choices, if PRI is a choice, you have the keycode.

Also check in routing if you have pri as an option in the route such as route 001 would have pool a pool b you should see the pri option available.

Will this forum help me with rookie questions on the Nortel Systems? Im trained on NEC and Vodavi, but have been thrown into several Nortel Systems, and so far, so good, but Im looking for a forum when I get stuck, which Im sure to get, as these seem to be the most complicated system, Ive ever seen. Thank You in advance, Lance

Rest easy Lance, after 15 years doing this stuff, 30+ Global Knowledge classes, CS1000, CallPilot and BCM certs, I find more "answers" here than in the room full of books and CDs that I've collected over the years. Use due diligence and follow up with feedback on the things you try and the things that work and you'll find the folks here very accepting and helpful......we've all been where you are. Good luck.
