Have a customer that can't get the time and date to change or increment from the orginal time on his MICS 2.0. In other words If I set my watch and the MICS for 2:00, a minute later my watch would have 2:01 and the MICS would have 2:00 Has anyone ever heard of this before.

It may fix it but then again it may not as there is a not so known bug where it freezes time and cannot be fixed except by replacing the KSU.

there is a battery that controls the time in the ksu if you are techie enough you can replace it or replace the ksu

Resetting the MICS by doing a **STARTUP fixed the problem.

No sorry that does not work all the time.

The question is does the MICS or Cartride retain the time.

I would think the MICS

Curly, I can only confirm that on an old 6x16, and an 8x24. The only fix was a new software cart. A reboot would not get it going on that one. Have not had the problem on a MICS (yet).
