I am guessing the latter as well, you need to give the exact error you are seeing on the webpage, it also helps to know what browser you are using or others you have tried and if up to date or not.
If it's a TLS issue try looking at this thread...
Jason, are you able to give an example (more detail) as to the setup/scenario?
I think of Chevy Chase in Modern Problems, when he calls into his home from a hotel to automatically feed the fish.
"I changed the 91"
I don't know what that means.
"where is 9A Absorb 1"
Not sure I understand the statement but you need to create it if you meant to say "you dont see it"
"next is Dest code which I can't put a 9 in there"
I dont understand, put a 9 in where?
I said to delete dest code 9 then...
This is not a "Norstar product" as Norstar had their own digital version made by the same company.
Here is all I can see: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1314435/Algo-3006.html
Posting in the General forum might get you a downloadable version if somebody has since this version is made for...

You 2 yutes 4 years ago: https://www.tek-tips.com/threads/bcm-450-itel-rcc-software.1806864/
I recall it was a bitch from XP to 7....you say it does not work well with 10, so I will guess it will be the same on 11.
Maybe run a virtual mode of XP or 7?
"win8.1 to take on site it has no java installed on it"
Regardless of the fix, you should double check since Java is required for BEM to work.
Also (curious), on the Update tab of the Java console, is it Auto or disabled?
Due to site construction/access I would proceed with the swap out then...
AA will answer after 2 rings regardless of where or how the call rings as voicemail does not care about the KSU settings.
Yes Service Modes, how about...
-AA still answers at 2 (or 3) rings
-Service Mode Evening - his DN- Auto - 5-7pm
-Service Mode Night - -Vmails DN - Auto - 7pm-9am
Just...
Off hand I am thinking...
Since Dest code 9 is taken then you cannot add 91 (911, 991 etc), 92, 93 etc
But what about 9A?
I think A (Any) is the trick here.
9 - Rte 001 - Absorb 1 (9 is absorbed) Delete this current one
Use these instead
9A - Rte 001 - Absorb 1 (9 is absorbed)
911 - Rte 002 -...
@bdk76
I don't think all system use a DN/EXT for parts of the voicemail system.
@It wire techs
I replied to your post here in the Norstar forum, but it refers to being able to do this on the BCM's built in Calllpilot as I don't see it possible on the Norstar versions of Callpilot 1xx.
The reply mentioned by Lundah in the General forum is typical workaround, that is to Hotline "Internal" to an analog port's DN which is cross-connected back into a trunk port assigned to AA.
Above method for Norstar or BCM:
Sets Prime Line = Intercom
Hotline/Internal/ATA's DN/
Program AA to...
I will send you a PM on the keycodes since it's tied to the BFT.
As for patches, spread the NAME column further apart so we can see the version number, then take a screen shot.
You gave a little more info in your https://www.tek-tips.com/threads/ringdown-phone.1830860/']General forum post[/URL] but Norstar or BCM does not have so called "dial action table".
Mailboxes are to leave a message, not to then be given more dialing options which is the job of AA or CCR.
I...
I had sent the OP and email and he is just getting others opinions too.
"Given you get that error as soon as dialing 9 it tells me 9 is not programmed in Services/Routing/Dest
Go to Services/Routing/Dest Codes/ try to show "9" then make sure it is using the correct route such as 001
If 9 is...
I would then try and use the DRT method and possibly "other".
Under "Lines"
-Make sure the line is not assigned to ring anywhere
-Set your Prime Set DN such as a phone or HG
Under System Programming/FeatureSettings
-Set DRT to Y and then set the Ring Delay to X
