Is that the CCR Tree? Two line LCD works. CCR Tree I believe is on the VM.

You will need to identify which tree is in service. Then you disable that tree, make your changes and then re-enable that tree.

hello
when dialing the main number, the auto attn answers and message plays
if you know your parties ext. you can dial it at any time
please press 1 for directory
once in directory 4 options come up 1 for sales , 2 for security , 3 for maintance ,
this is were i need to make the change the ext number for option 3 has changed
can i make this change through the phone interface for vm ie: feature 983
or will i need software like ICSRT or a call manager added to get into call pilot ,via serial port

The auto attendant is answering the line here. Should'nt the CCR tree answer, where is that manual?

Changing the CCR tree on a Call Pilot can be done without disable/re-enable, that was required for the Flash and NAM voicemails.
Make sure you have a call pilot, F983, log in, then 9 for system version.

F983
log in
OTHR - CCR - ADMIN
Enter the tree number, likely 1
CHNG
It should tell you the tree is enabled, that's fine as per my note above.
at the "Path:" prompt enter 13
CHNG
INTERNAL
New extension number

Remember to END - SAVE - YES at the end to save your changes.

"Changing the CCR tree on a Call Pilot can be done without disable/re-enable"

To a degree this is correct, but only if no callers are on the line listening to AA, so if the site is busy then disable it:

If needed, to disable the Tree to make changes in CCR:
F983
AA
TABLE
X (usually 1)
Press the third softkey to the right until you see "CCR Tree: 1"
Press DISABEL.
Note: to enable it return here then press 1 to enable it.

This can all be done through the set or Callpilot Manager (via web browser) which makes it easier and has more features to work with.

To expand/explain/remember on which Path to change as mention be Qzwsa "at the "Path:" prompt enter 13", it's the total combined digits press by the caller to get to the destination.
