We have a user where the VMs are not being recorded. I have turned off VM in IPOffice 500 manager then deleted the VM folder from Account folder on server and reset up the VM to Copy emails on the Manager.

How do I turn IP500 off and back on again? Just the power plug? Do I need to shut down all the modules to replace the analog card?

Does anyone have experience running Phone Manager Lite v4.1.17 with desktop clients with Windows 7 Pro? Docs dated in Feb2010 only list Vista as supported.

Primary and Secondary DNS were ok (and in correct order). There was a 3rd DNS pointed at the ISP but I have removed that now. Will look more closely at machine's HOST/LMHOST settings because it's the only one having a problem.
Will Post when I have solution.

I am having problems in an 2003 AD Domain with an XP Pro client
losing the ability to authenticate. A user will logon successfully to the
domain, and after a few hours, seem to lose their credentials. One minute
the user will be able to authenticate, the next, authentication will fail...
Is there a limit on number of subfolders? I have 780 under one folder currently and it's working fine. I haven't seen any mention of folder limitations in NTFS (checked Google and MS KB).
I remember having an issue years ago that involved number of subfolders but can't remember any details...
I was also getting pounded by Bluestell** and Blueinfo**. Turning on the logging per James3838 (9-17) allowed me to pinpoint my weak point.
They were using \administrator, which is the LOCAL Administrator account. I'm on NT so I wasn't able to change it using the UserManager for Domains...
