We have a user where the VMs are not being recorded. I have turned off VM in IPOffice 500 manager then deleted the VM folder from Account folder on server and reset up the VM to Copy emails on the Manager.
We did moved several extensions including hers and her voicemail has not worked since we switched ports.
Her VM box is accessible by dialing in but after leaving a test message, the box say " no messages".
Is there a connection that I'm missing?
