I have a customer that has an ACD report that the AVG DCP inflates to values every few days that seem to be in error. Does anyone have an idea of why these values inflate on these days? Here is a print out:

On the Menus, can you:
1)Have a "go Back" to previous or at least the Main menu?
2)Repeat greeting without hitting a key? (i.e. - repeat 3 times before disconnecting)

I can make it happen when I try to list out error codes from the system. I can assume that I have corrupted software.
Any other ideas...
Is there a way to make a set do something else, such as Buzz or beep, while you are on the phone and a second call comes in? It gets pretty annoying.
Is there also a way to see what the number is that's coming in? Caller ID works fine otherwise.
