Dialing Calls from console to outside lines

Just recently upgraded a 81c to rls 4.50w. The operators have said that before the upgrade when they transfered callers to outside lines, the EXCL Source key would lite automatically and there was no audio path between the operators and the caller during the dialing of the call. Now, no digits can be heard, but they have an audio path open until the call gets transfered. They want it to be the way it was. Does anyone have an idea of what dropped during the upgrade?

Sounds like Secrecy is turned off.
Check ATT block (LD 15, print in LD 21)
If you have SYD under OPT you should change to SYA.
