To date I don't think we can customised this.
So far Avaya will treat this case by case and release the Service Pack based on the comment or complaint. I think they recompile this program after adding necessary delay and timing needed.

From the local network, Uisng ASA
Add <File> <new switch> <PBX1>
Follow the wizard:
Select <network Connection>
Enter IP Address <IP Address of IP600 Server>
Enter Port <23>
Use the default setting
Select manual login
Avaya started with R3 EC500 on DS1 or IP (R9 and 10)

Then EC500 R4 Avaya Multivantage/CM1.1 to 1.3 (R11)

I don't know if you can get hold of Definity One/IP600/S8100 PBX prior R11. A copy of DSA/ASA is available in the server via the web browser itself but you need the administrator login like dadmin or lucent3 in order to load the software.
1. check the web browser options I think it is via FTP/TFTP.
2. To install the IA770 there is document that come through it named Avaya IA770 Technician Kit. It is quite comprehensive.
You need to progrmmed the feature code for "Facility Test Calls Access Code: *11". With this code you can select the trunk and member required. Normally this is used for testing.
This problem looks like a DCS problem. S8700 supports QSIG/QSIG supplement rather than DSC/DCS+ although Avaya claims they are the same.
Some checklist:
1. Have you verified the Node no are different between R and S8700 (under the dial plan).
2. The TSC for the DCS, is it up/down

Provision is the best so far that can perform all the automation. To date I am also looking for this tools. So far ASA will help about 80% of the progamming (my opinion).
If you are using the ASA under emulation mode (Blue screen) you can actually highlighted and select the screen. Then copy and paste to your application (text or Excel file).
You can use ATE to capture the command and stored in a file. Normaly the reports are tabulated in formated text.
Scheduling it at 1 minutes, I think it is near real time. It works for me.Anyway it is unlikely you are on email 24x7.
How about outpaging to Pager/Mobile this is realtime?
