I need a little help. When I attempt to login to my s8100 I put the correct username and password in but instead of the normal promtp where I would just hit continue the login window stays up and I just get a prompt "cmoaurora-rcust>" with the switch name and login name. Has anyone experienced this before. If so any help woudld be welcomed.

I assume you are using ASA. ASA comes together with this server. The login IP address should be S8100 IP Address. The Port used is 23. Sometimes you might want to try port 22 or 24. Check what prompt that it gives you. The prompt that you have looks loke Linux or BASH shell ie. you login to the wrong place.
