    Had an odd request. We want to remove caller ID from showing up on support reps phones. We had a case where nobody answered because they didn't want to talk to that customer. ideas on how to disable inbound caller ID for some of our phones?

    I'm trying to install the tapi drivers on a citrix server and single user isn't cutting it. Any insight on how to get 30+ users working on a citrix server with tapi or what this "third party" option is?

    I haven't had a chance to try this any more today. It says polycom because that was an pots line that I could play with and not disrupt fax service. They are setup the same way. thrtnastrx, I was thinking about that idea. It's going to be my next try.
