I need to stop the ANI from coming up on one line only. We have and need ANI on all other lines, one 800 cannot have it. Is there a way for me to do this on the G3r? Any info would help.
We are having a problem with massage light going out. we tested the port and ran realtime report to see the light go on and then go off, but the light on the phone stays on can only be removed by us manually Does any one know of any other reports and/or test we can look at?
I'm trying to stop our G3 from giving out any 513 (no equipment/lines pluged) on analog/modem lines that don't always have a connected RJ11 on them. Does any know if I can do this and how if I can. Thanks
Thanks for the information guys, but I ran the report (Load-balance total yesterday-peak) and still don't know how to define or separate the amount of Ts in one port network. According to the report I have 13 PNs in one of my G3Rs. Any info would help.

You can have your 5 points then on the 6th point put in a VDN (v&ext) and make the first step to a "route to" with cov "y" to an internal extension (x-ported) with a new coverage path that has the rest of the numbers you need. This will work, but you should always run test first.
I think it all depends on the model consle you are using. As for the Time/Date button; with the older sets (8400s) you can lock the time on the display but not the date. Once the 6400s came out, then you could lock the date as well. Hope this helped.
Thanks to Toni269 for all the information. We were able to replace the field with a blank only by leaving a space in between two parentheses. Exampel: Find and replace massage server name from Octel to " ". This should also work for anyone trying to do a Find and Replace to leave any...
