Oh great you can even enable twinning and forwarding options with the new release for IX Workplace. However I am getting an error trying to select or deselect the group.

I just installed on a client, I thought there will be some improvement to Equinox like Huntgroup availability. But I don't see it.

When I login from locally, I only needed to provide the Server Address and Domain Address, both are FQDN to the IP office. I don't need to provide the presence server address at all and it works. Thanks for your reply.

Internally we can connect to the IP Office and Presence with Contact, Call Logs. From external we can connect make calls. However it says the presence not available. All ports opened to the IP Office. Any ideas will help.

When I use the Get Mail Action with Provide Advanced Personal Options On, in Intuity Mode. All the options are given except the Twinning when user is logged into their mailbox. Any reason why?

Just to add to the above, I did check H323 Remote Extension Enable in the LAN1 VoIP Tab.

Upgraded an IPO 500 V1 Release 4.2 to IPO 500 V2 Release 9.0400.965 using export config. Now in the IP Extension VoIP Tab the Allow Remote Extension Option is missing. Even if I create a new H323 Extension, this option is still missing in the VoIP tab. Some of the extension did have VPN...

We use a Tenor DX series with QSIG to IP Office and Voicemail Pro to handle over to UM, works perfectly.

When a call is forwarded to a mobile number, the mobile phone rings. Once you pick up the mobile phone, the call drops immediately. You don't even hear any silence. This is also happening on twinning calls. The system is IP Office 500V2, 8.0 with SIP trunk on LAN 2, Open Internet, Locked...
