Internally we can connect to the IP Office and Presence with Contact, Call Logs. From external we can connect make calls. However it says the presence not available. All ports opened to the IP Office. Any ideas will help.
When I login from locally, I only needed to provide the Server Address and Domain Address, both are FQDN to the IP office. I don't need to provide the presence server address at all and it works. Thanks for your reply.
