Cisco SPA502g SIP Phone

Hi Guys,

I'm setting up a SIP phone but getting no audio. Working internally, but not externally. My Yealink test phone works, my Cisco 525 works just not my 502.

Anyone set one up before? Is there a trick to them? Checked everything, just not receiving the RTP back.

Hi, just wondering how did you get Cisco 525 to register on the IP Office and which firmware you are using? I have 3rd party ip endpoint. thanks ahead.
