    "Unavailable" in 46xx Call Log

I'd like to know also, same here. I know the internal calls are logged, but inbound will flash up the calling number but when checking the call log it will say unavailable.

Cannot hear callers on an IP Softphone

When that happened to me, I found out my gateway IP was the same IP as the switch. So outside my network, I could only hear and not talk. Just a suggestion.

How to eliminate the authorise code stored in call logs of IP phones?

On the sys para features the 3rd page for me, under Authorization Code Paramteres, see if the Display Codes is set to Y. I don't use codes here, but that might work.

Moving All Stations to New Number Range - Easiest Way w/ ASA?

Don't know what Audix system you have, but we have Definity Audix and you can change the range of numbers in one shot...sort of. Remember the COV paths and hunt groups ect that will have to be changed on the switch.

    4606 IP Phones

This file is what I have. Seems it would bring the 4606's to the 1.8.3 and stop. These are lines I pasted off the 46xxupgrade.scr After the phone has booted up, it just says "File Not Found" Release Date: April 7, 2006 # # H323-Centric 46XX Software Upgrade Script # # This file upgrades the...

One thing I do know is, they won't keep booting up like the 4620's even if they don't find the file server. Hate to think I bought 10 phones that don't work. But it seems to me in the settings txt file it had a blub about bringing 4606 phones up to 1.8
