I'd like to know also, same here. I know the internal calls are logged, but inbound will flash up the calling number but when checking the call log it will say unavailable.
When that happened to me, I found out my gateway IP was the same IP as the switch. So outside my network, I could only hear and not talk. Just a suggestion.
On the sys para features the 3rd page for me, under Authorization Code Paramteres, see if the Display Codes is set to Y. I don't use codes here, but that might work.
Is that local number part of you dial plan? I mean is the last 4 of the local number that the 1-800 number rides in on one of you normal DID numbers??? Does that DID have a phone assigned to it or VDN or COV?? Here's what "I" mean.
1-800-123-3344 rides in on local number xxx-5555. 5555 must be...
You can do a li ext 0 to 9999 and it will list all your stations and data fields or, li extension-type and it will list every extension in the switch and its function.
Don't know what Audix system you have, but we have Definity Audix and you can change the range of numbers in one shot...sort of. Remember the COV paths and hunt groups ect that will have to be changed on the switch.

So what's the deal with these 4606 phones I got? I Rel 11 on a G3si, already running 4620's with no problems, hooking up 4606's and they can't find the DHCP server and even is I pump in an IP they update a .bin file, flash, reboot, update, then reboot, loose all the IP settings, I pump them in...
