I want to manage an ip Offic System from a remote location. I need to 'punch a hole' in our router to do it. Does anyone know what TCP and UDP ports to open so that ip Office Manager can connect through the Internet to the ip Office System itself.
Thanks,
Joe

RE: Router ports ip office 406 v2.1.27

Joe,

The IPO manager application is using normal TFTP to transfer the config from and to the IPO. So if you open UDP 69 it should work fine.
