Dead IP 400 Digital Station

(OP)
I've got a partially dead IP 400 - when you power it up, the yellow & green LEDs on ports 17 - 30 turn on and remain on.  The LEDs for 1-16 remain dark.  The Status LED turns on Red.

I read elsewhere in the forum about using the AT-X2 and AT-X3 commands through the DTE port.  Will those work on the IP 400 as well?

RE: Dead IP 400 Digital Station

You may need to use AT-X to erase the firmware from the box, it should then try to download the bin file from the manager in the normal way when the system is rebooted

That works for the expansion boxes as well as the primary box?

RE: Dead IP 400 Digital Station

It Does, Found it out the hard way & saved my bacon on site.
