Dear expert,

was there any reason why guess room A called a ACD agent only showed the guest name without the extension/room no. ?

RE: Did not show extension no in cs1000

Does this happen for all rooms?

Only three rooms.

Other rooms display guess names and extension no.

RE: Did not show extension no in cs1000

It's been a while since I last messed with the Meridian system, but I think those three extensions that only display the name aren't configured as "Hotel" phones.

Check the CLS settings as I recall that there was a prompt that only applied to work with the Hotel management software.

The CLS of the normal display (with guest name and extension no.) is the same as the one which did not show the extension no.
