Cs1000 DTI mal-function

Dear expert,

I could not make the out bound calls but I could not find any error logs from cs1000 for this problem. Is it possible causing by telco? It last for 20 minutes and returned into normal service but we did not do anything to fix it?

As you have two active DTI digital trunks, one was in service and the other was OOS (Out of Service).

It would have been a Telco problem as you had suggested.

put a trace on if you have a Session Manager trace from here to see were the calls are failing
