Audiocodes MP114 FSX Gateway - Can't Factory Default

Have a handful of AC MP114 Gateways we are trying to completely factory default.

All have admin passwords changed and IP address data changed.

The standard paperclip to the rear reset button doesn't reset these units. No eth cable was connected when resetting them.

So we used Wireshark and got each units IP address and using SSH/Putty - got into them and factory defaulted them via CLI commands.

Only problem is the admin password reset fine - and we could get into them at their old IP - and when attempting to change their IP data - the IP settings are "greyed" out and won't allow them to be changed = IP address - SNM and GW IP?

Our lab tech has tried all the tricks he knows - so now I need help from you guys.

Let me know what the trick is or what we are missing.

Thanks!

FUNNY ...

Issue was the DHCP ON Option was checked - even after a factory reset.

Strange why they don't have the DHCP option right on the Network protocol page.

All is good!

Thanks for your time.
