SIP trunking between Audiocodes SBC M800 to Avaya CM7

My Audiocodes SBC is behind a firewall. I'm trying to connect to the internal interface of my SBC going direct sip to CM7. The signaling is already up from SBC side, but the Avaya signaling is struggling to come up and I'm getting the ping error test when i run a test signaling. Besides the 5060-5099 signaling port tcp/udp and media port, what other ports i need to enable? google is saying port 5000. Anyone experience this?

By the way from the firewall side, network guy is not seeing any blocking.

Ping doesn't use a "port", it's ICMP.
You need to examine the configuration in the AudioCodes to understand what ports are needed to be opened since every port is configurable.
