Hello, we recently completed upgrading from Aura 10.1 to 10.2. In System Manager under Services => Templates => CM Endpoint we can see the new default templates for 10.2 and even create custom 10.2 templates. When we create a new extension or edit an existing extension, the templates do not show the new 10.2 versions only the 10.1. So we cannot select the new custom templates we created from the new 10.2 defaults. I have searched high and low to find a setting that tells the CM what version of templates to use but no joy. FWIW we upgraded at the advise of Avaya Support since we bought some new J189's and they were not loading properly so support told us that the J189 Template was needed and only available in 10.2 We see the 189 Template in the CM Endpoint, Templates section of services but not when we try to assign the template to an extension.
