Hi I have just installed a new app server on R11.1. Over the last week the VMPro has twice over a couple night stop it services. Has anybody else had any issues.

Check the logs to see what happened, look at the sysmon logs.

I am working at home right now and setup the R11.1 App server to play with during my down time. It ran along happy as a clam for the last 28 days. An odd thing I have noticed. It never gives me the 5 minute idle window. Today I was working on it and got called out to do an onsite ticket and left the client connected when I left. Two, three hours later I come back and the VM service had stopped. I checked the logs and didn't see anything except the start up info. Nothing about it stopping.
I don't know if this is causing the problem, but I am going to let the client go idle for a while to see if I can recreate that scenario.

Can you create a archive dump and upload the sysmon logs and voicemail logs. You will only get about 3 days of logs hopefully the error will still be there.

Any more developments on this? We have a customer that we upgraded their app server to 11.1 and it has exhibited the same behavior ran fine for 2 weeks then the voicemail service stopped in the middle of the night.
