i have a virtual machine avaya ip office 11.1.3 , i have download the disk upgrade 12.0 to upgrade my VM avaya 11.1.3 version , when trying to upgrade the system display the message error

my VM implemented on Vmware workstation 17 and the message error is " error while writing superblock " and " error loading journal " and " error installer errors end"

That kind of upgrade has not been documented by Avaya (they just described Esxi), how did you do to boot via VMDK?

VMware Workstation is only supported for the IP Office Anywhere demo software. And the docs for that are specific that they do not support major upgrades. The software is only intended for demonstrating IP Office.
