Panasonic KX-NS500 - IP Ext Voice Problem

Panasonic KX-NS500 - IP Ext Voice Problem

Panasonic KX-NS500 - IP Ext Voice Problem

I have a KX-NS500 with 12 CO line, 16 SLT, 2 DLC, and DSP-S.
I have activated 2 Built-in IP Phones (NT500).

when I use the IP extensions to call internal extension (IP-DLC-SLT) the conversation is clear and we have no problem.

The problem is when we use a trunk line either incoming/outgoing from an IP extension, if the two sides don't intercept each other they can hear each other perfectly. but once they speak at the same time, the one over the IP Ext. cannot hear the other side.

what could be the cause of the problem, and how can I solve it.

RE: Panasonic KX-NS500 - IP Ext Voice Problem

Which IP-phone model you have?

RE: Panasonic KX-NS500 - IP Ext Voice Problem

KX-NT551 both extensions

RE: Panasonic KX-NS500 - IP Ext Voice Problem

I have never heard of that before.

Are they on the internal network
You would need to do wireshark traces to see what’s happening

RE: Panasonic KX-NS500 - IP Ext Voice Problem

They are on an internal nt.
I'll try to wireshrak if I could.
