I have a customer with a Merlin Legend 4.1 with Merlin Mail. When you call an extension, get voicemail, then "0" out to the operator, 7500, you receive the AA, never rings at 7500. I have the CAS set to 7500 and the general mailbox owner set to 7500. When you call the DID for 7500, it rings at her phone. On 7500's phone, there is no cover to vm, Direct Voicemail button is off. Here is the Night Service print. Merlin Mail AA controller is set to Merlin Legend Mode. Not sure what I'm missing?

With Merlin Mail, if your operator extension is 7500 and auto-attendant 1 is 7500 as well, this will happen. I had this happen recently. To avoid it, I set-up an adjunct extension (7600 for this example), put a coverage button for 7600 on x7500, and set the 0-out to go to x7600. That way, when the people hit 0, it rings on that coverage button.

MM, I do have the Dial Zero Time Out going to 7500. I ended up setting the CAS to a non-existant #, having the Legend route the call to the Operator.....which is 7500!

TCB, great idea. Wen you spell it out, it makes perfect sense.
